Policy for Damaged Items
Our mission is for each customer to be completely satisfied
with their purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, please follow the
steps:
Time Frame | Eligibility
To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us of the damaged item
within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may
not be able to offer a replacement.
The item must have been received damaged. Damage caused by misuse,
mishandling, or accidents after receipt of the product is not eligible for
replacement.
Request Refund or Replacement
1: Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. Include
images showing the damage to the product as well as any visible damage to
the packaging.
2: Email customer service support@asmartblonde.com
the following items:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
- Request for either refund or item replacement.
Claim Process
Once your claim is reviewed, a replacement item will be shipped at no additional
cost to you or if you prefer a refund will be issued.
A pre-paid return label will be provided should we ask you to return the
damaged item(s).
Additional Shipping Fees
Any shipping fees associated with the return or replacement process will
be covered by us if the item is damaged.
